Giving Back To The Community
Each year, The International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI), Benjamin Franklin Chapter offers our "Give Back to the Community" program. We have been very successful in honoring local students and wish to continue the practice. It is our intention to broaden the horizons of gifted students.
Give Back to the Community Program Mission Statement:
Promote the skilled electrical trades as a career path for students actively engaged in an accredited electrical related vocational/technical school program, recognize and reward exceptional student performance and commitment in electrical related vocational/technical school programs and to promote the continuing education and networking benefits of membership in and participation in the programs of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors.
In the past, program concentration was on Graduating Seniors. However, last year we decided to consider all Students in accredited vocational/technical school programs thereby providing incentive for younger students to excel.
The Chapter is promoting the Electrical Industry as a rewarding career choice and is therefore providing help for the students who are preparing to enter the Electrical Industry as a career path. The student selected by the classroom instructor will be invited to attend an IAEI chapter dinner meeting and electrical trade show, at no cost, to be recognized by our chapter and receive a framed certificate of achievement. The student will also receive a $200 gift certificate to use toward the purchase of hand tools for their personal use. The certificate will be paid for by an IAEI donor and can be used at any Billows Electric Supply house.
The Benjamin Franklin Chapter would like to thank Billows Electric Supply Company for their participation in this program. Billows has generously agreed to provide favorable pricing for the tools to maximize the value of the gift certificate.

Please submit your donation using the form below, or to any of our board members and a receipt will be provided for tax purposes. Additionally, all sponsors receive a framed certificate of appreciation for supporting our program and will be recognized at our awards presentation.
